A fun, one-day, all-day race is held each August, hosted by the Fort Randall Boat Club and administered by the Rudder Club (Kearney, NE). For 2007 the race is scheduled for Saturday, August 11 and attached is “Racing Notice” from 2005 to provide information. Note that this race has a “reverse start” where boats start at different times and first boat to finish is the winner. This also assures that everyone is on hand for the after race picnic dinner.
